  10. Hey Professor Morgan I have an important question and need your help. How can arrange the order of the way my folders are listed? For example, if you skip to this video at 6:31, how could you the design folder the top folder instead of the classes folder? I ask because it seems it is arranged by alphabetical order but that isnt the case on my files when I have several sub folders i my pictures folder with different names. For example if I have subfolders such as vacation, summer, and winter, in my pictures folder, they arranged in a random order vertically on the side bar. Any way to arrange these? Thanks

  11. Dude you need the bulk file rename software

  12. all my pictures have been put in folders – it may have happened when i installed the win 10 upgrade. We want to be able to scroll all our pictures not open 500 (aprox) folders one at a time to view and find a certain picture. Do you care to comment on this?? Thank you

  13. Another question Professor Morgan. In my other subscription it says there is a new one but when I click on the subscription page it isn't made clear on where and which one it is? How do I find this one?

  14. Hey Professor Morgan, hope all is well with you today. Hey I've got another question for you. There's a woman who I want to read her Blog posts, but I Cannot figure out how to do this. Google complicates it and I haven't found a you-tube video that satisfactorily explains it. Could you help me out with this one? I don't even know what a Blog is.

  15. Professor Morgan. I would like to understand what bookmarks are, So I'm not going through my settings once a week just to get them to the current week, if that makes any sense.

  16. Professor Morgan hope you're doing well. I've got a question that is probably going to sound really dumb, but I can't seem to figure out how to subscribe to a you-tube channel. I'd like to subscribe to your channel and one other. Do you have a link or easy step by step method ? I live alone up in the mountains and just don't have anyone to help me figure this stuff out.

  17. Hey Professor, I received a thing in my gmail today from Mail Delivery Subsystem saying they were going to remove my account due to inactivity? ANY idea what is going on? I have Lots of important emails that I'm going to need to get to and they're are threatening to cut off my acct. If they somehow Cut Off my acct would there be any way to retrieve my emails and files……………I will NEVER again open up ANY Spam mail. It will ALL get deleted.

  18. This was extremely helpful thank you

  19. Hey Professor Morgan, Is there a way to fill a folder with material from your settings icon in upper right hand corner of your screen?

  20. Hey Professor, I just opened my spam mail for the very 1st time. Much of the stuff I deleted. But I had a whole host of messages pertaining to someone that is going to close my gmail acct. I sent messages out to all of them saying please do not close it.Is this Normal and should I worry about that type of mail or spam? Will my acct really be closed?

  21. To me this information is so basic it's unnecessary and honestly I'm surprised there are people still out there who don't know how to cut/copy/paste files/folders the whole bit. The presentation is great but I'm surprised that people still need to learn this.

What I'd like to see, and what I was looking for when I stumbled upon this video, is how to organize files and folders in sensible ways. I've done several things in the past but it's a mixed bag in the way of results. 20 years ago I would just take files by type… .mp3s go here, .pdfs go here… with a corresponding folder for each. This gets very sketchy. In my two examples, that may work well to put all mp3s together in one place, provided they're all music and you're sorting them by artist etc. But what about audiobooks in mp3? Comedy albums? It's all such a mixed bag.

PDFs, same thing, some are Ebooks, some are blank tax forms, some are COMPLETED TAX FORMS, which I'd prefer in a password secured folder. So just dropping them by file type isn't useful, again, because it's a mixed bag.

Any suggestions on the best folder systems to keep things sensible and not have to drill down 20 subfolders to get to what's needed.

  22. Professor Morgan you have No Idea how much you are helping me! I love the way you teach, very calm and slow and easy to understand. Unlike many of the other people on you-tube.I'm an older guy, 54- 55 in a few months and brand new to computers. Not only all this but you have answered all my questions so far. Thank you so much young man. Would you mind if I come to you with all of my future questions. I will have many I'm sure..Lol  Like how do I transfer a pic from my folder to my cover photo on Face Book???? HaHa. Could you please answer that one for me or refer me to a link…Thanks again Gary.

  26. When I select a MP3 file in Windows Explorer, I see the following: Contributing Artists; Album; Genre; Length; Rating; Year; Size; #; Album artist; Title; Bit rate; Date modified; Date created.

What I want to do is add the "Composer" field to those fields. I want to set the "Composer" field to the same value as the "Genre" field (or at least to know how to do it with a backup of my music files).

  27. thank you that was very helpful!

I have been trying for several days to update my computer to Windows 10 so I can access Word 2016 but it has not been working and I can't access Word 2016. I tried it again earlier and it looks like its working but it's taking very long. I just wanted to let you know that I might be submitting all of my work late.
