Note: I used my Compaq Presario for this method back in 2014. This method may not be compatible with some computers that use a different operating system such as Windows 10 or a different laptop.

    Yo my screen stays frozen at "starting windows" without the symbol above thos words, cuz what happened, I started my laptop up normally then it took me to home screen, then it wouldn't let me acces/click on anything so I turned it off with power button and I tried using start computer using start up with repair and it takes me to the loading thing were it says fixing problem n it says this make take up to more than on hour but I waited an hour n half. Nothing works please help
