To change port no just double click on tomcatv7.0Server at localhost and click on port tab to edit port directly.
Even after changing the port nos I am getting the same error

what it means? in eclipse:

HTTP requests cannot be recorded most likely because the NetBeans HTTP Server is not running. Go to the IDE and start the server from within the IDE to fix this problem.
