  5. I am having the exact same problem as described in this report. I tried to follow these instructions above to correct the situation, but when I tell it to Run as administrator a box pops up asking me if I want to allow changes to be made. The yes box is grayed out and I cannot select it. Every fix I have tried goes to this same point and then stops because I cannot give permission to make changes. How do I make this correction without having an administrator account active on my computer?

  10. On the command Prompt, after you paste (administrator /active yes. You say something so fast about enter I can't hear you. Do I just type in   C:WINDOWSYSTEM32> and press enter?

  12. Hi I looked my self out of my computer to the point were my account is a guest account and it won't let me click yes for the cmd (admin) and helpful hints on how I could fix this
